Tip Tuesday: Dronetag Mini

October 17, 2023 · Uncategorized

Drone Remote ID doesn’t have to be a challenge! With our partners at Dronetag, we have developed a simple way to add Remote ID to any aircraft! With only 32g, the Dronetag Mini is small enough for almost any application and it can be set up in less than 20 min! Follow along as we take you through adding Remote ID to any aircraft step-by-step.

1.Open your Dronetag product. Inside, you should see the tag itself and anything you need to charge and mount it using a small adhesive patch.

9. Aircraft Weight will be automatically added to the next section if an aircraft is selected from the pre-built list. If the aircraft is flying with any additional payload, we suggest it be weighed and listed in the Aircraft Weight section.

10. Next, is Aircraft UAS Class and is currently not needed for RID.

11. Then Aircraft Endurance, aka Flight Time.

12. Once all the information that is requested on the page is entered, you can tap create and you’re finished adding your first aircraft!
